1:1 Therapeutic Mindfulness
Mindfulness and compassionate practices, led by a qualified, accredited teacher are entirely safe, for most people. The group setting is a good place to be able to briefly share our experiences and to learn mindfulness.
Sometimes however, due to trauma or other complex or raw personal issues, mindfulness can shine a greater light and awareness on our inner pain and/or suffering and you may prefer to talk about, work through this experience or learn mindfulness 1:1. I am qualified to level 3 currently as a counsellor and am qualified to level 4 in mindfulness which included over 300 hours of training, research and observation/assessments. I am therefore confident to work with you beyond what you may first interest you in 'sitting groups'.
I usually do therapeutic mindfulness work, in my garden room in Malvern. Clients usually come weekly or fortnightly. I teach mindfulness with compassion and after short periods of led mindfulness together, we talk about what is experienced, helping connect your mind and body, giving both a rest, and listening intently to both. The work is therapeutic in nature. I can also incorporate emotional freedom techniques to support you, being qualified as an EFT practitioner. The work can also be done over Zoom.
The cost for this work is £35 per hour but I offer reduced costs for those for whom would otherwise be unable to access help. This is only for a limited period of 3 sessions. Please contact me using the form below to request a call back, or email me, if you would like to have one to one therapeutic mindfulness sessions or to find out what availability I have.
All of my work is trauma sensitive. Please read the article about how therapeutic mindfulness works on my blogs page.
