Women’s Circle in Malvern

Circle

The Malvern Women’s Circle

Are you longing for a space where you can simply find yourself and just be — without judgement, without pressure, and with women who truly listen and can empathise?

My Women’s Circle in Malvern is a safe, nurturing space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, held by myself, a qualified therapist, who understands and can support you throughout.

What is a Women’s Circle?

A women’s circle is an ancient tradition reimagined for modern life. It is not therapy, not a class, and not performance. Instead, it is a professionally and therapeutically (in this case) guided space where women gather in honesty and openness.

Here, you are invited to:

  • Lay down the mask you wear in everyday life

  • Be witnessed and heard without judgement

  • Discover strength through connection

  • Reconnect with your voice, body, and intuition

  • Explore your inner world through movement, mindfulness and Yin Yoga

Why Join My Malvern Circle?

Many women come to circle when they feel:

  • Tired of “holding it all together”

  • Longing for meaningful connection and belonging

  • Living with anxiety, grief, or overwhelm

  • Stuck in self-doubt or loss of direction

  • Ready to rediscover who they are beneath the roles they play

It's more than a class or gathering - this is an expertly managed, therapeutic space — deeply supportive but never pressurised. It is not a substitute for therapy, but it is a powerful complement, especially if you are navigating life’s challenges or have just finished therapy with me or another therapist and want to be more open to yourself and others again but need a bit of support.

What to Expect

Each circle is unique, but you can expect:

  • A warm welcome with grounding meditation and mindfulness teaching woven into the space as needed;

  • Gentle group sharing — no fixing, judging or comparing, just being accepted as you are with space to be heard'

  • Creative practices (breathwork, journaling, values exploration, “ask a therapist” discussions)

  • Movement Medicine, soma practices (body supportive healing work)  and weekly taught Yin Yoga;

  • Tea, cake, and connection time to relax and have time for you to just have a simple chat

The circle is held in a safe, confidential space. You are always free to take part in the way that feels right for you — there is no pressure even to speak! You can just observe if you wished not to share for a few weeks. 'Passing' is always okay.

Why This Circle Is Different

I am a qualified therapist and experienced mindfulness teacher, with thousands of hours of training, personal practice and client work. I bring both professional skill, knowledge, training and lived understanding of significant life challenges and healing journey through c-PTSD, to enable me to safely hold full space for you and everyone.

That means you’re not just joining another class — you’re stepping into a space that is trauma-aware, carefully guided, and designed to help all women feel safe, supported, and truly seen.
