Women's Face to Face Counselling in Malvern That Makes a Difference
Hi, I’m Dionne. I’m a fully qualified, accredited counsellor and mindfulness/EFT therapist based in Malvern, offering both face-to-face and online sessions. I currently have one space online and one in-person (September 2025). I specialise in supporting women* and children to move from feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stuck, into calmer, more connected ways of living. Practical & Holistic
I’m not a “nod-and-smile” counsellor. My sessions blend talking therapy with therapeutic mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), coaching tools, creativity and breathwork. This holistic approach helps you work through what’s going on in your mind, heart and your body — so you can start to feel calmer, stronger and more in control, often sooner than you expect and certainly from many clients experience they achieve far more than previous attempts with CBT or talking therapy alone, in a fast time. Please note that results vary of course.
Most people work with me for around seven sessions, though some need fewer and others a little more, especially if there’s long-standing trauma. We’ll always check in along the way and decide together what’s right for you.
A Real, Human Space & Connection

We’ll meet as two women, not just therapist and client. I believe that for genuine therapy to take place we must also connect and relate as human beings, as well as therapist and client.
My space supports that connection: it is warm, homely and private — a place where you can truly “spill the tea” if you need to. There’s no clinical coldness here: just blankets, a warm, genuine, individual welcome, a cup of tea, and even the occasional wagging tail from my now famous, very loved, little dogs.
If you’re feeling burnt out, anxious, grieving, or simply exhausted by holding it all together — this is somewhere you can let go, reflect, and start rebuilding at your own pace.

A bit more about my work
I know how it feels to be sensitive in a loud, challenging world. I’m a little neuro-spicy: ASD/ADD/HSP, and I’ve spent much of my career working with vulnerable children and adults, leading in schools, and supporting those who felt unseen.
Now, I run grief workshops, therapeutic retreats and a unique women circle incorporating therapeutically held space, tips and strategies and movement medicine for groups for women who’ve already done a little healing work and want to deepen it.
