Women’s Counselling in Malvern & near Ludlow
A calm, grounded space where your nervous system can settle — and things can start to feel easier.
Hi, I’m Dionne.
I’m an accredited counsellor offering face-to-face sessions in both Malvern and near Ludlow, as well as online counselling. I work mainly with women, and also with children aged 6 and up.

Many women I meet are capable and caring, and appear to be “holding it together” — but inside feel anxious, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. Often they say: “I’m exhausted, but I can’t switch off.” “I don’t feel like myself anymore — I don’t even know who I am.” “I’ve tried therapy before, but I need support that actually makes me feel better — I want tools as well as talk.”

Counselling with me gives you a safe, calm space where you’re supported toward relief and change.

Why work with me?
I’m present with you like a real human not distant nor clinical. I show up as me so you can show up as you... I'm engaged, and practical. We work together at your pace, around what feels most helpful for you in the moment. My approach is holistic — we work together to listen to mind, body, and emotions, so you can start to feel calmer and more in control even while we’re exploring the tougher stuff.

Many women are surprised at how quickly they notice change. For those who complete therapy, the average number of sessions is 6–9, often less than typical talking therapy, though some challenges naturally need more time and some people decide they have their breakthroughs in just a few sessions too (usually single issues).

My home-based space is also very different from clinical, bland settings. There’s warmth, tea, blankets, and often my famous poodles join us quietly if you’re comfortable. Many clients say just arriving in the space helps them relax, making the work feel easier and more effective — and yes, apparently, I do make the best tea in the Midlands!

Supporting change, not just talk
Alongside exploring patterns and experiences, I bring in practical ways to feel steadier in your body and mind, so you can start to experience relief from anxiety, overwhelm, or exhaustion between sessions. Everything is optional, and we decide together what feels right — your pace, your needs, your choice. It's an extra offering if you'd find it helpful.
