How it works

  • Step 1: You email me with a couple of times that could work for you and what help you would like?  Tell me what you want to walk away with or want help with (e.g. help me to make a decision, want to just express my thoughts on x and hear your thoughts to help me work out my options, want to lessen my anxiety quickly)

  • Step 2: I reply with available slots and send you a simple contract with payment details. You confirm a slot you want and pay online.

  •  Step 3: We meet online or face to face for up to 90 minutes at your chosen time. Together, we’ll focus entirely on the issue that matters most to you. You leave with clarity, strategies, and a personalised action plan you can use straight away.
     

No lengthy setup, no ongoing commitment — just one powerful session designed for women who want change.
 

What does it cost?

  • Online Single-Session Therapy: £155 (up to 90 minutes)

  • Face-to-Face / Priority Session (Malvern): £170 (up to 90 minutes)
     

💡 If your session is connected to self-employment or your own business (e.g. conflict, decisions, burnout, work-related stress), it can be invoiced as a tax-deductible expense.
 

FAQs about Single-Session Therapy

What if I need more than one session?
That’s absolutely fine. Many women find that one session is enough to shift something big, while others decide they’d like more support. You’re always welcome to book another session — but there’s no obligation or pressure.  That could be another single session about another issue or to start longer term therapy.

Is one session really enough?
Single-Session Therapy is designed to work on one focused concern at a time, so you leave with something practical you can use straight away. Some women come back months later for a completely different issue, others never need to.

​

What if my problem feels too complex for one session?
We’ll focus on what matters most to you right now. Even if the bigger picture is complicated, we’ll find a way to get you unstuck and moving forward. You may choose to continue with further therapy if you wish — but you’ll still gain something valuable from a single session.  Alternatively you could go 'the longer term route' and start weekly sessions.

How is this different from traditional therapy?
Traditional therapy often looks at your story over time. Single-Session Therapy cuts straight to the heart of what you need today. It’s structured, intentional, and designed for immediate relief and clarity.

Will I feel judged?
Absolutely not. Many women choose me because they want a therapist who is both warm and straight-talking. You’ll be met with empathy, respect, and practical wisdom — never judgement.  I'm not just coaching you, I'm a sensitive, caring therapist!
