Manage anxiety in Malvern

Mindfulness and the Emotional Freedom Technique are powerful tools clinically shown to reduce anxiety and improve overall well-being. As a fully trained and insured therapist, I teach the strategies to help you better manage stress, anxiety and traumatic overwhelm. The process is gentle and individually tailored to meet your specific needs.

The focus is on calming the body and the mind follows.  These strategies will help you to feel grounded and able to continue to use them at home. 
 

​Sessions are available in person in Malvern or online. We can sit, walk outdoors, or find the best setting that suits your needs.  Usually six sessions are sufficient to notice a big difference and should enable you to progress on your own.  You can read more on my blog on mindfulness and EFT.  Phobias will likely take a longer period to work with due to the high levels of fear and anxiety.


My Background

With over 300 hours of mindfulness training in the UK and under Thích Nhất Hạnh in Thailand, I bring a compassionate and intuitive approach.  I am qualified to work therapeutically with mindfulness on a 1:1 basis as well as with EFT with both adults and children​

How do I book?
Standard rate for anxiety management is £55 per hour.  Please use the contact me form on the tab.
If you have at least 6 sessions, I will write and record you a  personalised session for you to use at home, tailored to your needs and based on our work together.
