Yoga & Mindfulness Retreats

Yoga and mindfulness holidays are a great way to give yourself space to develop your practices and have some fun.  Holidays with yoga and mindfulness, led by myself and a qualified yoga teacher are fun, inclusive and balanced.  They are suitable for those with no, little or plenty of experience of yoga and/or mindfulness.  Teachers adapt the classes to your needs. Most of all, expect to laugh.
